"Outstanding Service at Frost"
This was my first time checking out the place, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Joe, one of the directors, personally helped me out and really went above and beyond to meet my needs. The store itself was quite impressive, boasting a wide selection of high-end jewelry and watches.

"Starting Point of My Experience"
Starting point of my experience? I bought the jewelry initially, but it got stuck at the FedEx place because of a lack of communication with the jeweler over a clearance hold. It was returned to the jeweler, and I was urged to buy the items again. They were dispatched once more, but now they’ve been sitting at the FedEx facility for a week. The delay in getting a response from the jeweler on WhatsApp has been frustrating. Overall, the customer service has been lacking.

"Awesome support from the team"
I received excellent assistance when I required additional links for my Franck Muller watch. They exceeded my expectations by thoroughly checking the entire bracelet and making sure it was secure before sending it back to me. Every member of the team greeted me with a friendly smile. I had never visited Frosts before (since I purchased the watch from another place), but after this experience, I’ll surely be back.
